Re: Which ones did I win? 4 x $400NL hands
Mr. Bitel,
I'm not really that concerned with whether you won or lost these hands you results-oriented fish. I was hoping you could clarify your play though; I would have played hands 1 and 3 the same, but hands 2 and 4 I would have played differently. In hand 2, I'd probably fold the river. Don't you just have a pretty-looking bluff-catcher? In hand 4, I'd fold the turn. With those stats, Villain probably isn't waking up here with a semibluff IMO. |

won
won lost lost i enjoy the just calling down some of the hands, giving them the opportunity to bluff. I think hand 1 we picked off a bluff |

Re: Which ones did I win? 4 x $400NL hands
Hands 1 and 2 are quite similar in that you invite the bluff on the River by appearing weak. I quite like the line - you won both.
Hands 3 you lost, but you have to call because of his huge range. Hand 4. Folding the turn is probably too weak. The River I'm not sure, but I think you lost. So: Hand 1 Won Hand 2 Won Hand 3 Lost Hand 4 Lost (anybody had that combination yet?) |

Re: Which ones did I win? 4 x $400NL hands
1: Won, he won't play that many real hands this way + there's draws
2: Lost, just feels wrong, such a dry board and lots of people give up (especially given the paired board + T making it less likely that you will fold an ace), you only beat a float + double barrel in a bad spot for a double barrel. 3. Won cause fish + set = allin (although you posting it makes me think you lost this time) 4. Lost, unlikely he's bluffing here with that bet-sizing, you don't beat much that c/cs the flop, would be weird for him to bet a worse ace this way. Also yo have a ten which lowers straight draw chances |

Re: Which ones did I win? 4 x $400NL hands
Reasons should be obvious.
H1: he will rr most decent kings a lot pf, will aise most 2pair+ hands on the flop, and will float a lot. Bet sizing looks potimised for fe. H2: He knows you has an A, doesn't expect you to fold and is sizing his bets to maximise his value from a calldown. H3: Just experience tells me that this is a huge hand almost all the time. Probably a str8 or backdoor flush. H4: He is so fos when he leads the turn. Also <1/2 pot river bets are sooo often bluffs from donks. |
