Will the 10/20 game have a kill? Will there be a time charge instead of a collection on the 10/20 or 20/40 and the 1000/no max (I assume 5/10 blinds?).

This is exciting stuff.

Some Answers:

No limit games will probably have blinds set at
2-4
2-5
10-15

The 10-20 game will probably have a half kill to 15-30. I think the games will all be drop games rather than time games.

I'm not positive but I thought I was told that it was California law that drop can only be a set amount per hand (also, no flop, no drop I believe).

This is correct, but can be adjusted for the number of players playing. Time can also be charged, but the pot cannot be raked by a percentage.

No flop= No drop is a house rule. It goes some places and does not go for others.

Cache Creek does have NO FLOP = NO DROP.
