[/ QUOTE ]You have to send credit card verification form before you can cashout, doesn't matter if it's a gift card without your name on it. You also have to make a "tracing" from the actual card and send them. If you forget and throw the card away, they won't let you cashout, period. If you use more than one card to deposit, they require a tracing from each card.
