Online poker has made me so depressed. Frist hurt my feelings and the deck stopped hitting me over the head. I just figured out why they call it grinding.

LOL, just in jest OP before you think I have ADD or need therapy. After all you started the Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy references.

I think you're making the right choice. Too may parents work 60+ hours a week to buy luxury goods and services for their kids, when the kids would be happier (in both the short and long run) if their parents just spent more time with them.

Just like most people can't get over the fear of jumping out of an airplane, most people can't deal with long downswings in poker. You shouldn't feel bad either. If poker is affecting your self-esteem and family life, it's time to stop and take some time to evaluate what really matters in life. That sounds like what you're doing - good luck to you and your family.

Good luck and god bless... spend time with the family.

We all know you arent giving up poker for good. Keep a few bucks in a site you like with a RB account and play once in awhile when it fits in your schedule.

Don't miss a moment of your kids lives and cherish your family. Life deals us crazy hands sometimes and you never know when something foul can happen.

Poker will always be around in one form or another.

Good luck in life,
Kevroc

I stayed up all night playing poker with tarot cards.
I got a full house and four people died.
