What would you guys do if a guy on your left will just keep raising you every hand when he's on the small blind? [/ QUOTE ] On my left? Stick with the typical blind stealing range from the button, but cap more freely when he 3bets. If you mean that he's on your right, and he's raising your big blind every single time it's folded to him, well, I typically defend with any two cards anyway (unless the SB is ridiculously tight/passive & shows no aptitude for blind stealing) in that situation. How exactly I play it would require a book, though. |

ditto harv if he's on my left in the bb.
if he's on right raising my bb, I don't defend every hand, but when I do defend, I'll probably pick a spot pretty quick to bet/raise all the way with anything. If he doesn't back off, he's a maniac looking for action. Then I'll play a little more tight, but keep the aggression up. |

on the same note, I've just switched over from being a NL player to a limit player. I switched over cause I found that the money is easier to make and I'm starting to like the way the game goes. Now my question is this, apart from this website, is there any books and websites that I should get to improve my game? My last question is which site is the best to play limit hold'em?
thanks, |

You should defende mostly any hand and get to showdown cheaply with any reasonable holding. Don't get into some raising war, trying to push him off, he'll make tons when he hits that way. For example T7o is a fine defense hand. Then when the flop comes 7K3 don't start some raising war, just call/call/call. |
