This is an expected downturn, downtown LV is in the begining stages of a huge investment process to encourage new business and housing developments. Freemont Street east of the experiance is now closed, many of the buildings are being town down and the entire street itself is being recommissioned as a historic district. The end vision of the Mayor is fantastic, but until we get there its going to be a slow period.

PS: Ground just broke on the new Frank Geary building in downtown LV, thats going to be amazing.

If I was in LV when one of these was happening, would certainly be interested in going. It would be something different, and I enjoy them where I live.

I love downtown. It gots character. Binion's is not a rathole.
