Sir I have been around since the Desert Storm debut... the question is where is the general public? Usually an artist as versatile and talented gets critical acclaim by this time.

tech 9 is a 4th/5th tier rapper.

I live in Missouri, and he came here to sign CD's when his CD that has "I'm a playa" on it was released to promote it. My buddy went into the record store high as a kite. T9 noticed that he was [censored] up when he signed the CD, and asked him how he could get "on his level". My friend have him is phone number, and that night there was a party an underclassman's house, and T9 showed up. I was a senior in high school then, and me and the rest of the senior class (including the girls) pretty much ignored him and his little caravan that he brought with him, but the one thing that stood out in my mind was certainly the fact that he had sex with a 15 year old.

I was never a fan of his music to begin with, but I thought I was just bein a "hater". Come to find out, he really does suck

BTW - the girl he screwed isn't one of those girls who "looks of age" either. She might as well have jailbait written on her forehead. He was also well aware that we were all high school students.

What kind of rappers hang out w/ high school kids?

Well, there was only 1 song on his last CD that I thought was horrible. Thats just about every artist ever to record music though. Can't always be perfect.
