For the best "NL" games, hit Tulalip. Both the 3-5NL and 5-10NL are pretty good (not as good as Vegas or LA though, but still good). For limit, Muckleshoot is good. From what I've heard, stay away from Muckleshoot's NL. It's a nasty game full of high limit players.

Not to hijack the thread, but why doesn't Emerald Queen Casino have a poker room?? Not that they're hurting financially by not having one, but it's one of the biggest, if not the biggest casino's in the state so... one would think they would have some sort of poker action!

EQC used to have a poker room, in fact, and they used to spread some pretty big games there (like 75/150), but it closed around 2000. Maybe "bernie" knows why.

From what I heard, and this is before I started playing poker, is the management skimmed off the jackpot. The players complained why the jackpots were so low, and the WA state gambling commission investigated and did indeed find that they were skimming from the jackpot.

It sure would be nice if they started one up and offered pseudo-NL games, but that's probably asking too much

It's actually a pretty good game. A few regulars in that game are great action.

Because they couldn't handle it the first 3-4 times they had one?

Never heard that before. I guess it's possible.

Closing the room 3 times probably didn't help with the regulars. Alot of dealers weren't too happy with how they were let go on the last one either. However, not sure whta plicy usually is when you're closing a cardroom as far as informing the dealers.
