C/R cause you have a flush draw obv [/ QUOTE ] Really? I don't like it, undless you have two decent overs (which means the possibility of having the best hand). You're just not going to get better overs to lay down and the hand could easily become very messy on later streets when you miss. Just as DcifrThs' line can be scary, so can a check/call if you're a threat to c/r the turn a lot. Check/raises on the flop with draws (I think) are becoming way too transparent and easy to exploit these days. At least in many of the games I play.

Ok sorry about not giving you guys enough information. the button raises on the button and let's say he is a tight player and I call the raise with something like suited connector or even a one gaper.
The flop looks rainbow with something like 8, 5, 2 and i put him on two paints with ACE so i C/R and the turn is an A,K,Q,J,T Do I check here or bet out?

That's the point. Once you c/r the flop, you have to follow through on the turn. This is why I don't like check/raising low flops unless I have good reason to continue in the hand. You are neglecting to say how the flop fits your hand, so I'm assuming you missed or don't have much. This is why I don't like a c/r.

No, really this is a good post.
I assume we caught no pair on the flop The button is going to raise that turn very often, especially an ace, to represent and we can't do anything about it. although, I know I do continue the caper and bet out the turn just about always
