Check out their website at the very least if you haven't. Lots of tasty Belgian and Belgian-style beers on tap, a huge selection of bottles (that list looks a bit small to me) and their annual barley wine festival is just about to start.

wacki: To be clear, the Brit dudes were leaving, frat boys tossed a couple of smartmouth comments, and Brit dude was having none of it. Had his friends not forcibly restrained him, he would have launched into all four of the fratboys.

Yeti: I agree this thread sort of sucks. It was one of those stories that was f'in hilarious to see, but as I said in my post, pretty weak when written up. But, what the hell, I already had written it up when I realized that.

Ness: Yeah, pretty much it. I mean, these smartass tough guy fratboys almost pissed themselves when faced with a possible 1 on 4 fight situation.

mia: I am far too old to get into barfights now.

B2L: My sampling of the different beers is based on about 5 or 6 different visits to these two places where I've had a couple of different beers each time. As for instigating, once more, I'm too old for that nonsense. Had it occured after I had consumed some strong beers, perhaps that would have seemed like a better idea.

What bothers me is that the frat guys are prolly completely mis-representing the facts to people saying they woulda beat the sht out of "some gay englishmen." So even though everyone around knew that they were scared outta their minds, they're prolly popping their collars going, "dude, we woulda kicked their asses!" just doesn't seem like justice; wish the guy got his nose broken.

and ya, that's clearly how all frat guys talk.
