I raise the turn. You have TPGK. If he has 88 or 99 i doubt he'll bet/fold and he won't 3-bet you. If he has something like 87 then he has 5 outs to beat you and I want him to pay for those outs now.

If he folds the turn for more than 8:1 with a pair, good. So raising either gets him to fold incorrectly or it gets you an extra bet when your hand is best. Your hand is best a good amount of the tmie and he will check call the river with low pairs.
