If your opponent has 45xx, then his 4 could be a club, diamond, or heart (hero has the 4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]). Therefore, one time in 3 you have only 10 outs rather than 11. Of course if we want to be more straightforward then then we could say our equity is approx:

0.3333(10/42) + 0.6667(11/42) = 10.66667/42 = 0.25397

and therefore we need:

(1/.25397) - 1 = 2.94 to 1

to call.

I actually didn't think he'd call me with just an oesd, but he did :] Today I played some more and realized that people call PSBs/raises with even top pair sometimes - lol. Maybe I've been lucky with table selection at Stars, but so many people there just... well... Didn't know it was possible to be so bad.
