Yes, and if the answer is no you aren't 3 betting the flop enough. Dave should have to 4 bet QJ here sometimes or else we are going to be much easier to play against when we have AK high etc. Put another way, if Dave can correctly get away from top pair here because we 3 bet the flop that's a huge win for him and his cost of checkraising the flop against an overpair is cheap compared to the alternative.

Bet and call down a checkraise. It's a cooler if he flopped a set, but I'm not laying down top 2 on a rainbow board in a 6-handed game. Make this a 9-handed game and maybe I think about it.

Given that there was a third guy in on the flop that was a calling station Dave knows I'm likely to be getting out of line less as well as I know the same about Dave. So that being said I really don't think Dave is 4 betting with QJ/QT very often on the flop. Also, KQ is raising preflop and maybe even QJ.
