You don't need a tutorial, you can use Word as an html editor and it will generate the code automatically:

Create your post
File -> Save as webpage
View -> HTML Source
Copy and paste code you need into 2+2.

I got some extraneous headers, but I was able to figure out what to delete.

Frivolous: text sizing, colouring, blinking

Useful: In FAQs, Use of anchors, and laying out stuff in a proper html table for organisation.

I think there should never ever be javascript injected into any html tho.

Also if you don't really know html be v. careful with iron's suggestion. It may leave in something that sets a specific width/height inside your html, and you can eff the page up badly.
