hand one is fine, call without a read.
hand two can go either way, personally id often call, but as PVS said you can make a case for fold, call or raise. hand three is fine |

Also an utg bet suggests strength, of which one hand, AK, is crushing you when an A flops, and pockets pairs, which you're behind on... floding preflop keeps you from getting into trouble... |
