hand one is fine, call without a read.

hand two can go either way, personally id often call, but as PVS said you can make a case for fold, call or raise.

hand three is fine

It cost us 100 of 3000ish stack, we have AQ + really correct odds. So why is calling "bad" ?

I think that it is b/c post flop you're oop. Also an utg bet suggests strength, of which one hand, AK, is crushing you when an A flops, and pockets pairs, which you're behind on... floding preflop keeps you from getting into trouble...
