its variance, please dont cry about it cuz it happens to us all. I outplay people early in tournies to gather chips to withstand tough beats. I have placed top 10 in 5 of my last 15 tournies with over 800 people on stars, buy ins 20-60. This is due to building a stack to be able to take hits.
