to give the before/after pics full effect, not only should you only be smiling in your after pic, but you should also dye your hair and probably have multiple surgeries to make your face look younger.

I wish I had really similar backgrounds+facial expression before/after pics. It's bothering me right now. I'll have to look around for some fat vacation pictures and see if I can get something similar.
Anyway, I really haven't been counting calories. I usually just eat small meals throughout the day when I'm hungry, but only healthy food for the most part. Especially if I'm taking it in front of the computer or TV because I have the ability to eat a ton without even noticing. I've polished off whole bags of baby carrots multiple times. My workouts aren't intense. I typically run between 1.5 and 2 miles at around a 9 min/mile pace, then I go lift for 30 minutes or so -- I usually push myself hard for only a few of those sets and the rest are just kinda maintenance-type lifting. Plus it helps to burn calories around the clock if you lift and exercise regularly. I do it in the evening typically. |

Congrats on the progress. I would recommend switching out any white bread or rice with whole grain varieties. You seem to be doing great, keep up the work! |

It's actually been a no bread diet for the most part. And no rice either. I never ate much of them anyway so that part wasn't hard (except for the bread part of pizza).
I do have some tortillas sometimes with other foods -- and I get the healthiest whole wheat ones I can find at the supermarket. |

Good job.
I have the opposite bodytype so I get super skinny if I don't eat well and workout. So I am 6'2" and used to be 200+ in great shape. Then basically stopped going to the gym for 6 months or a year and lost 25 lbs. So 175 and super skinny. Now back at the gym and eating good, already put on 10 lbs back in less than a month. Goal is back up to 200 lbs as soon as I can. |
