Here are some mentors for you...
Authorities have arrested five, but more suspects may be wanted in the case. Don't do it. It ruins the credit history of your victims. It takes them months if not years to resolve, and often costs them thousands of dollars. ID theft is a base and vicious kind of crime. If you try, I sincerely hope you get caught. I think I'd rather be mugged than have my identity stolen and my credit ruined.

General rule of thumb is that if you're too dumb to figure out how to pull it off, then you are probably too dumb to get away with it.

Art of the Steal by Frank Abagnale (guy from Catch me if You Can) is a how-to/how-to not get burnt due to this kind of fraud. The book is like 16$, and if it saves you from even 1 scam, its def worth the money. I highly recomend it.
