Well, I'll take a crack at the math since nobody else has.

After the river, there are 2 5s, 3 9s and 3 As out of 45 unseen cards.

2/45 * 1/44 = 0.1% for the 5s = 99.9% against
3/45 * 2/44 = 0.3% each for the 9s and the As = 99.7% against
99.9% * 99.7% * 99.7% gives you 99.3% against being being beat by two random pocket cards, which is about 95% against being beat by one of 7 other random hands.

If I remember correctly, set vs set happens about 1/100 intances; and you're a 22:1 dog to turn a higher set.
