Both sites yes, this is what we got from UB:

Net revenue is calculated by taking the Gross Revenue that your players generate and making the following deductions:

Merchant processing fees (for U.S. players)
Charge backs
Processor default
Bonus Dollars redeemed
Any other agreed-upon deductions

The resulting Net Revenue amount which you see on your reports is used to calculate your commission.

Net revenue calculation remains unchanged for all NON-U.S. players
