Drywall is a huge pain in the ass, that's why mexicans do it when they'll have white dudes do the tile and carpentry

dude,

i sympathize greatly.

this past week, the pipes between my (rental) apt and the downstairs neighbor burst, meaning when i used any water in my kitchen, it rained/made ceiling collapse in her bedroom (and eventually her closet). it took about 4 days for the super/plumber combo to fix the problem enough so that i can use water (neighbor still does not have a real ceiling in place again). this fun all included basically having my kitchen moved in to my diningroom so that they could get at the pipes. great times.

plumbers dont pick up their mess usually. they've got bigger fish to fry.

You can do the drywall, just look online at the DIY (Do It Yourself) sites. Hope you have a truck to get the sheet home from the hardware store. They usually come in 4'x8' sheets.

If you know the exact size, you can probably cut it in the parking lot...

Just like I NEVER thought about installing tiles by myself, I never thought about doing drywall by myself, but now you made me think.
