I am impressed. Your poker-fu must be much, much stronger than mine. Is it so strong that it can prevent you from BUSTO? I mean, I'd love to be able to play poker so well that if someone staked me for a new limit, I'd be guaranteed not to lose it.

If it were multiway, say you bet and there is a raise and a cold caller or two, then you could consider folding if you held the third nuts or something rather than overcalling. You should also have some reads. Does he like to c/r a lot? Is he tight, passive, aggressive? Only shows down winners? Like most poker decisions, it depends, but I would say this is a 100% crying call. |
