Honestly didn't expect a reply. I figured that my account would be closed out for good, they would take my $ and go out for a drink at the pub. She was pretty tactful about it to. It kinda makes me look like an ass. Not the first time as you might have guessed.

Heres the email.

Any sugestions on a sreen names. Since they are being cool about it I may drag this on for a while. Give'em a few sugestions about ten times a day until I finally slip one through. My god Ive really got to much time on my hands.

First of all let me say that we are happy to hear from you. In regards to your screen name we await a serious suggestion from you for an alternative name. You can simply let us know via email what you would like your new screen name to be and we will make the change from our end.
