i believe it's jim callis who was asked in a recent chat whether he would hire boras, and he said no if he was a prospect and yes if he was a marquee free agent. i think that's probably right.

yup, didn't this just happen a couple of years back with jed weaver?? he was supposed to be the best player but got dumped way down in the draft b/c he was with boras??

either way, he knows what he's doing, does it much better than mostly everyone...and i still hate him...

I think your average MLB owner is far more dishonest and vlie than is Boras.
