it's all relative, so you should really move up at least x levels above where you're currently playing, where x = a^2(sqrt(b*c+a)

a= average ptbb/100 winning rate

b = current level expressed in terms of the size of the big blind

c = proportion of players at an average table who you consider to be fish (eg, if there is 1 player at a 6-max table that you consider to be fish, c= 1/6)
