Buy yourself a power rack and stick to basic compound lifts. This will be much cheaper and you'll get better results.

Hey tard, I lift free weights every other day without having to force myself to. The lazyness is from not wanting to go out to workout, not the exercising itself.

Let me guess, 15 lb dumbell curls and 40 lb chest presses?

In all seriousness, if you actually do lift weights and are serious about it, you would know that

" Buy yourself a power rack and stick to basic compound lifts. This will be much cheaper and you'll get better results."

is cleary the correct answer here.

Don't they have floor models of things like this at something like Sears? I'd recommend finding out what B&M stores sell them...going there....actually working out on the damn thing for like half an hour...and if it's good get one.

I'm not sure they sell those in stores.

Here's a link to someone's opinion on bodybuilding.com

the only reason you'd need to get a thing like this is if you're lifting so much weight during some lifts that you need a spotter to lift safely.

otherwise, you'll do better to lift free weights. your little stabilizing muscles get more of a workout than they would with a universal-machine-style contraption.

wrong. 99.99% chance that anybody strong enough to be lifting that much weight could effortlessly max out on the bowcrap machine.

Correct. quick - erase the other thing you said before someone else sees.
