Yes, if you make a real bet and he raises it's an easy fold. If he minraises, even more so IMO.

Betting that river for 1/2 the pot sucks. Your line has pocket pair between K and 8 written all over it, hes going over the top of you with a K everytime and bluffing you sometimes to boot. Tough spot you put yourself in there. I prolly call tho because I think he doesnt raise with a K that often and I dont think he has a monster as he wouldnt have tried to slowplay it on such a coordinated board.
