She was on Veruca Salt?
I don't remember her voice to be like this.
On this tune she's REALLY close to Swedish "queen of indie" Marit Bergman when it comes to voice.

So what are some covers that are drastically different than the original songs? Here are a few I can think of.

Frida Snell - Bullet With Butterfly Wings
All Saints - Under the Bridge
Blink 182 - Phantom of the Opera
The Wailing Souls - Like A Rolling Stone
Tori Amos - Smells Like Teen Spirit

[/ QUOTE ]

lol

Type O Negative - Cinnamon Girl

supposedly Neil Young said it was the worst cover of CG he had ever heard.

Travis - Hit me baby one more time
Tori Amos - I'm on fire
HIM (Her Infernal Majesty I think it stands for anyway some semi death metal band) - Wicked Games (Some Chris Isaac song anyway)
Muse - Feeling Good

These are different and actually pretty good too

agree with the unwarranted Tori hate fwiw

I never watched the sopranos. I recently moved in with my brother. He watches the sopranos. I had no clue until now that "got yo self a gun" was not originally nas' song.

Oh, I think Heather Nova recorded "I'm on fire" as well, that girl's voice almost rivals Tori's. [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
