I would bet the river. He will call with A high here as well as some smaller pp. If he has a J then he really isn't a LAG postflop.

FYP and I think that you played this ok.

I doubt that your opponent would call a river bet with unimproved overcards.

So, I think that you would probably gain another bet from smaller pocket pairs, but lose if he was calling down with top pair.

There are 36 combinations for him to have a smaller pocket pair, and 42 combinations for top pair if you include AJ-JT in his likely range.
