One of my buddies from fraternity is currently working in Germany. We have been in the talks about him opening up a bank account and creating an account on Mansion and then we do the transfer thing. He doesn't play poker so he is a little worried about the shadiness. He's afraid he will go to jail or something.

Read my post above about Mansion telling me that I couldn't. Enough about me... let's see some graphs; hopefully cts will make us all feel a little worse about our lives.

The 'no two banks' things is a fairly standard fraud prevention measure. From my understanding, neteller is the same. If you can get on the phone and confirm your identity, you should not have a problem. Make sure you get a manager on the phone before trying too hard.
