Unless it is a condition of some kind of plea bargain, I don't see why they would "have to pay" or face criminal penalties.
I am not saying they wont pay - I believe the chances of them not paying are <10%. But there are many ways for a business to default on its obligations which do not have criminal risks for its executives. |

Also, have you considered using your NT acct to buy something at a retailer and returning the merchandise to your nearest location for a cash refund? I realize its rare to be able to return an online perchase to a local store and even more rare to get cash rather than a store credit, but desperate times.... |

Podes: I would be more than willing to spend the $600.I have stuck with NT with merchants. Do you know if any major ones like Amazon.com accept Neteller?
