depends on the player... if he is solid and not that easy to read then I will fold, if he really sucks and see more then 40% of hand I want to play as many hands with him as I possibly can

Thanks for the responses, which seem pretty unanimously to fold.

I like Capodu's analysis best. What hands do I beat? I agree that 2 pair combos on the flop are unlikely to play this way. The only possibilities are flush/pair combo's which the turn improved - e.g. AJ, QJ, KQ type hands. On balance though, even though from a small sample size, it seems like an odd move from apparently passive villain.

However, I am still interested in what hands beat me here?
QQ was suggested. I think this is extremely rare. I show strength, he calls with underpair to the board, and then hits a 1 outer.

1010-99 sets. These have more credibility, but are played very strangely no. First you set up a tiny multiway pot by calling, despite both flush and str8 draws? Then when inducing a big bet behind you, you flat call and risk getting stacked by the same combo? What are people's experiences of villains doing this?

He could have made a str8, but J8 is highly unlikely from a preflop call in EP, and KJ calls for a gutshot?? I can only see KJ diamonds here the way it has been played.

So still easy fold? I found this a tricky spot, and will let you know what I did after a few more responses.

Cheers & thx full ringers

Pretty easy fold on the turn, but you should have bet more.

Villian has to be set all day,

Don't think he liked that turn very much and didn't want it to go any further....

But if you were going to bet turn, why so small? Might has well have checked... IMHO 50-60 would have been much better here..

Anyways I fold here..
