I think I call. Villain could have something like A8dd for a flush draw and a gutshot. He could even have a hand like KJ and try to push you off your hand because he knows you will have trouble calling with AJ. This is a massive overbet and I think he is just trying to push you out of the pot and isolate the all-in. Even if he has a straight, you aren't a big underdog.
