I think you should check push the flop, but that's just me. Once you get to the turn many prospective hands beat you. Brutal that he showed what he did though.

I think the play was to push the turn. I was sure I had the best hand on the flop, but wanted him to hang himself if another card came off <T. When the A came out, I was going to shove, but I didn't pull the trigger. When he called, I figured he had hearts or a Q/J and was peeling to make a hand, and when the river popped off, I didn't beat anything. Oh, except 25o. Just a [censored] hand all around. Next time, I check-shove the flop.
