OP....Zelda, although Wario Ware/Rayman/Elebits would be good choices too.

I think unless your friend is a big gamer Trauma Center will probably frustrate her....it's pretty hard even for people who play a lot of games.

If your friend is a big gamer though, watch out, she probably already has Zelda.
