Re: How to play on from the flop check-raise?
When UTG+1 c/r's a non-drawy board with SB caught inthere folding looks like a good option to me.

Re: How to play on from the flop check-raise?
id fold here, he may have pocket 8's or the ace. both of which leaving u to 2 outs. knowing the betting ammounts would be helpful here, this would help dictate whether or not he was on a steal or whether he actually had the 8's or the ace. Although reagardless of the betting i'm folding about 90% of the time here. Thers not alot he can be raising wiv here except the trips or the full house, Especially with a bet and a call infront off him. Im thinking that he has pocket 8's and is hoping that u have a big ace therefore putting himself into a position to win a HUGE pot [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

[ QUOTE ]
The sb is there as well. You think that neither villain nor sb has an A 20% of the time? I think that is being way to optimistic. [/ QUOTE ] Hell, I completely missed SB. You'd think after reading this many hand histories, I would do better. Anyway, yeah, clear fold. |
