"the nexgens are to close to dice chips. They are to heavy, slugged, and to slippery."
I didn't realize they were slick AND slugged. I agree then.

"Also for less money you can get faux clays which are so close to real clays it is uncanny, sure they don't have edge spots but stacks of solid chips are a beautiful thing."

My tourney set also.

" lazer them they look even better."

Laser them? Details?

"Now my cash game set is made of all real casino paulsons "
Smart man.

I also bought the 1000 "Las Vegas" set of Nexgens from overstock.com for my .50/1 & 1/2 cash games. I am also in the process of getting custom labels for them.

I realize that they are not the best chips around, however, I really like them for the price I got them at. I like the color combinations (especially the blue and black chips) and they stack well enough for any game I will be hosting. I also like the texture compared to the super slick "dice" chips.

I'll second this. I have the Las Vegas Nexgens and put labels on them as well. They are miles ahead of the dice chips and everybody who plays with them really likes them. I'd take them over Borgata chips any day!
