While they haven't stated they're no longer taking funds from US customers, their actions re ending all offline advertising would appear to indicate they're preparing to, at the drop of the hat.

I dunno too much about Bodog, since I've never played there, but at first blush, they seem a great candidate to face Neteller-style legal problems, because the company flat out handles sports betting, which means they are probably at a LOT more risk right now than FTP, PS, etc.
