I think they were trying to say 3 really silly things and hoping you would notice how silly they were. The first two don't come across as silly as most people have those stereotype beliefs. The third one is intentionally made to make the person think wtf that is retarded and then they realize all of them were retarded and they go to the seminar and look for chicks to bang which is what seminars are for.
