They're not going to screw Americans [/ QUOTE ] I didn't mean to imply they were going to steal people's money. I'd say they are about 0% to do that since they're required to keep 110% (I think) of deposits in assets as a condition of being publicly traded. They have the money. They just maybe need to get it back from wherever they stashed it and that might take some time. While that's going on, they could care less about US customers being mad about the delay because those customers' business is lost for good anyway for reasons beyond Neteller's control.

[/ QUOTE ] Yes but they have a lot of non-US customers who follow this whole thing very closely. It will be very bad for their future business if some Americans don't get their money, for instance.
