Cliff Notes for those of you unwilling to read the whole email:

"Hi, I'm a completely broke kid who just became legal enough to play live tournaments. I'm not very good at poker, often undisciplined and confused. But I know what stealing blinds means. Therefore I want $10,000 from your website to play in this tournament. Everything I make will go back to you, even though chances are high I will not cash in this event. In exchange for your kindness, I'll wear the same shirt and hat that every other kid in the casino will be wearing, so you won't be able to tell who I am and why I am losing so quickly. After all, if there's anything FullTilt needs, it's to get their name out there. Are you dudes down with this arrangement? If not, I guess it's all good -- I forgive you and I'll get over it."
