alright, well thanks for the responses. i felt uneasy about the pf call (especially being OOP), but i convinced myself that his range was sufficiently wide to call here. as it turned out he 3 bet me a few times after this hand with marginal holdings, which indicates that his range is a little wider than some of you are giving him credit for (although still may not be wide enough for a call to be correct)

i also felt uneasy about calling the river, but i'm glad to see that most of you don't have a problem with it. he showed AK and mhing

His stats are very similar to mine but less aggro. I have JJ-AA/AK here ~20% of the time.

His stats indicate that he almost never cold-calls, therefore he must be 3-betting.
