Your right. 100% proof they are pulling out.

[/ QUOTE ]

Your right. It indeed seems like 100% proof it ""LOOKS"" like they are done.

What does it look like to you?

[/ QUOTE ]

It looks like they don't want to deal with cashing checks and have to wait until a new payment processor comes out.

Yea, I guess you can still play there for now it seems, probably real fishy place too with no new fish coming in.

Look, there's like 11 fish on the site now.

Seriously, a generous guess would be 100 players total. Maybe no new ones coming in for a bit, but the game selection is a joke.

I'm actually at my mother-in-law's house right now and I wanted to download Mansion so I could play while the wife and her Ma caught up. I tried 2 computers here and neither would let me download the software though. Not sure what to make of that. But I did get in a good number of hands earlier at home.

Paradise and another network went the route of barring U.S. deposits while allowing play to continue for awhile. That's probably what is happening here.

The key to this message is what is not said. If this were truly a temporary problem they would be falling all over themselves to say so. They didn't say that so I would assume the worst.

My theory is that every site and payment processor that blinked when the UIGEA passed will eventually go. For example Microgaming kicked out 11 states. That means they have no stomach for trouble and when the going gets tough they will be gone. Just my opinion of course.

WSEX, Cake, and very likely (Absolute/UB)/Bodog/Full Tilt* will never leave the US.

*since FT and particularly Lederer left the country years ago, it's a safe bet they won't quit now.

I also doubt Stars will go anywhere (if they were scared they'd have pulled out earlier) and most of the other smaller networks are either already out or will buy/merge themselves into newfound relevance as US players. Poker on the Internet is never going to die, it might just stay more difficult to get cash from point A to point B (and my educated guess is that the ACH issue will be circumvented).

Didn't Lederer come back to play the 2006 WSOP? Or did he skip it?
