This one intrigues me. Although I'm not sure what the demand is for arrows these days.

I'll check into it though.

Screw teaching, it limits career paths, bad pay, and you probably really won't find it all that enjoyable after a few years.

What are you interested in? How about a cushy government job? Grad school?

[/ QUOTE ]

I'll take a cushy government job. Just not sure what I would do...

BA in Political Science from a top 20 University

OK, so you're the tallest midget.

3.1 GPA.

[/ QUOTE ]

Hold on. You're just an above average midget.

So what about law school? Is it possible to get into a law school with 3.1? Or a crappy one is not worth doing?

I could get into a decent law school if I applied myself (I'm confident I could get a pretty good LSAT score), but I just don't think being a lawyer would be right for me. It's still in the realm of possibility I suppose.

I'm pretty sure I'd enjoy teaching (I'm thinking middle school level), and it would provide me with plenty of time to continue to play poker as a second source of income (poker pro every summer?).

EDIT: Money isn't THAT big of a deal (in case that wasn't obvious by me wanting to be a teach). As long as I have enough to be comfortable, I'll be ok.

[/ QUOTE ]

Sounds like you have it figured out. If money isn't an issue, and you think you'd enjoy it... Go for it!

rather than come to oot, why don't you talk to....oh i don't know, the career center at your university?

[/ QUOTE ]

I did note that I was a recent grad right? As in, I graduated already. I'm no longer there.

[/ QUOTE ]

There are alumni services for career advice at probably every college. Maybe you don't live nearby anymore which would make it tougher, but still check to see what alumni services are available. I got my first job after college on a job openings section of the school's alumni website. I think it was in association with Monster.com. Called Monster Track or something like that.
