Then you know what, I would wait it out. Maybe they will latch onto a payment processor that can process all the cash outs, but I know this is something going on right now, and I see CLICK2PAy and Ewallet are still running, so that means their ACH providers hasn't pulled em yet. My fingers are crossed for sure.

This is very simple people. Get out and get out now. Otherwise you will be depending on getting a paper check from Bodog of pokerstards which i would not rely on either. [/ QUOTE ] Meh, Paper checks is the way we did it back in the old days. Then came paypal. Then paypal left and then came neteller. Now neteller is gone. If we have to go back to checks its not that big of deal, but I bet something else is likely to come along. Stu |

nutmeg,
You've made a point, and one that is possibly trolling, as you have not given any sources, nor discussed the technical difficulties involved in blocking these companies. Indeed the IUGEA left room for the Fed not to require such extensive blocking of check transactions as it involves matching billions of transactions a year against a watch list. Until the regs are in place, the banks have zero obligation themselves or via the ACH system, to try to implement something like this on their own, even assuming they have the software to do so, which smaller banks likely don't. Now you've made your "point" so there is no reason for you to keep camping out on this thread, when it can fairly be asked if you as a n00b poster are actually the employee of party poker or a similar company that exited the US market. So let's just let time tell. |

Yikes, OP is NOT trolling.
He is correct. Atleast with Bodog. I just got off the phone with Bodog support & they said their ACH processor has pulled out. They are trying to implement their contingency plan, and don't know when that might happen. His best advice was wait a couple days & see what happens as they just found this out literally 1/2 hour ago. He did say Western Union was still an option, I think I'll go that route. |

I'm sitting on this thread to help people if they have questions about what is going on. If I could identify myself and tell you who I was, you'd be asking me way more questions then you are right now.
You know what...I'll leave the threat and the site. And let people babble on. So why don't you camp out on my nuts! |

Anonymous unsourced information, even if true, doesn't help a whole lot. And note that you advised in your OP for everyone to bail and not even trust that a site could get them their funds some way, which is not true.
