What is your street crossing style?

hahahaha although i saw someone get hit by a car crossing the street on a bike the other day I loled guy was just knocked down nothing major but humorous.

At Northwestern in Evanston (northern Chicago suburb) all the dorms are on the west side of a 4 lane highway, and all the class buildings are on the east. There are far too few crosswalks and there are constantly kids playing frogger across the street. I'm pretty sure we average 1-3 kids hit a year.
