Does anyone know why Cascade is requiring me to enter a referral account number when I try to sign up? (Or could someone refer me and pm me the info so I sign up?)

[/ QUOTE ]

God, this is the worst sign-up interface ever. Makes me feel a little shaky about the site. I tried like 5 times, and I still can't get in.

I just called and did it over the phone. They were friendly and quick.
Least juice I could find. Would love to have another low juice alternative if anyone has a suggestion.

Betdaq is accepting US clients, I work there but its only half a shameless plug, I do genuinly think its the best exchange after betfair and I doubt betfair are taking US punters as its not worth risking there massive european operations.

Had the same problem Iggy, tried calling and it was busy, pestered them some more and they said their sign up form is kind of broken, but if you click the yellow "sign up" button next to "About" on the main page it works. And it seems to. Still waiting for Pinny to cash me out, though, so I haven't made any bets there yet.

I'm sure its an easy answer, but why doesn't anyone use BODOG? Is it cuz they put the lines up so late? or is the juice more?
