Are you referring to when he talked about playing "Persian Shawn" but scrubbed that reference? (Or, at least, I think he scrubbed it.)

OP <3 Daniel Negreanu

Amazing that you pieced that together gumshoe. Your powers of deduction know no boundaries.

Any chance you can help me track down this woman?

Yeah, I don't think Buss would have felt the need to be anonymous. He appeared on HSP, I think the secret about him playing high limit poker is out.

I knew Jerry played high, but I didn't know until a year ago that he also plays low.

He is a semi-regular at Barona Casino in San Diego playing 300NL (1-3).

I was playing at oceans 11 awhile ago and Jerry Buss comes walking in with 2 Laker girls. He played in the 20/40 while waiting for the 40/80. I was surprised at how little attention he got.

Jerry Buss sidebar.

I know the NBA worries about gambling. Having the all star game in Vegas is a big deal. Do you think Buss takes heat from the league for associating with known gamblers (poker players)? if you recall, Beal took a lot of grief from one of the banking regulators about his gambling and A-Rod certainly took a load when he got photoed at one of the NYC clubs.

Anyone have any insights, thoughts, or baseles claims on the matter?
