Don't see how you fold to this guy. Don't think he has air, but 2 pr is a big possibility.

I usually bet flop too.

anyone else think this is a flop bet? Are you that scared of a check raise?

I probably bet the pot on the turn.

I call the river. This is sometimes AK.

DJ- It is also a terrible turn call with J10

[/ QUOTE ]

He might have clubs, and he might be able to bluff clubs that come, or other cards. And, of course, he could just make a loose call.

Several things occured in this hand that were strange. After the flop two players checked to you. With only one overcard a probe bet would be a useful tool. You have a made hand and at least you would see where you were.
Then you made your set and got a smooth call from UTG. He checked the river because he may have felt that betting would push you out. The free turn card is what may have kept him in for the long haul. Tricky hand...good info. Thanks for sharing...BTW...what was the result?

I bet the flop, unless we have some specific read/history. No, were not scared of a c/r because it's an easy fold, and it's not like we have many outs to draw to a free car with.

I instacall river.

[EDIT: LOL, free car!]

I'd probably half pot the river. Looks like JT for the double gutter on the turn or a slow played QQ. Possibly KQ but I doubt that checks the flop.

I'd fold
