He would have to be really bad to call a push with KK or QQ no heart. I think if all the money goes in here we're in real bad shape, or slightly ahead of pair + heart combos.
I prefer c/c, push a blank turn.

lol people would never fold QQ KK here w/ or w/o a heart. its an overpair and they have to call like xxx more to win.
QQ w/ no heart may not be a bad fold on this board but then again you would need reads and all that other kind of [censored]. why the hell am i even posting all this stuff... such a waste of time.

i dont think calling is as bad as you guys think.. if OP feels villain is super strong he's happy with getting the money in on basically any flop.
i do think 4-bet preflop is questionable though b/c you have a monster against what we perceive is kind of a nit. anyhow.. i think betting out $175 is ok as played.
